The space

Fantastic Historic Victorian home next to the famous Logan Circle. Built in 1902 it has a mixture of old charm and modern updated amenities. The flat is the lower unit and it has 14 foot high ceilings with ceramic tiles floors throughout. Very cozy and beautifully furnished. The home is maintained meticulously clean and offers ample privacy for all guest. walking distance to Shaw Metro Station, many bars and restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation.

Other things to note

All registered guests are welcome here but, they must adhere to the house rules. No smoking (anything) inside the home or in the front yard. Absolutely No parties allowed. No pets. No disabling smoke detectors. Guests who violate these rules will be subject to cancellation of their reservation without refund and if necessary, charged an appropriate additional cleaning fee. Unit is properly disinfected between stays. Street parking is available with a guess parking pass on a first come first served basis, for a small fee of $10/day. Please contact us if you’re interested in adding parking to your reservation. If the pass is not available during your visit, there is a public parking garage a couple of blocks away, for a maximum nightly rate is $30.
