1. First level includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and deck on the rear of the home.
2. Second floor is master suite #1, it’s all inclusive with a en-suite bath and coffee station nook
3. Third level is room #2 and #3 and they share a bathroom.

All rooms are spacious with ample closet space, and have a Queen size bed.

1. Absolutely no parties are allowed at this location. Failure to follow this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation without any refund
2. Only registered guest is allowed on the property
3 Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the house. If any smoking occurs inside the house a extra fee of $200 will be assessed to clean out the smell of smoke.
