Relax on the deck after a long day next to an inspired mural of a Tuscany landscape with a bottle of wine after a full day of sight seeing or other activities.

The space

>This Private Master Suite (room #1) Occupies the entire second floor, it includes an in-suite bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub, a bidet and a two sink vanity. The room is elegant and comfortable equipped with a queen size bed, lots of closet space a dedicated desk space and ample room to spread out.

>The main level is shared space and at any given time there could be 2-4 other guest in the home at the same time.

>This home has ample space for singles, or couples, or a group of friends visiting DC for work or pleasure, includes all the amenities you will need for a short or long stay.

>The home’s first floor features a spacious living dining area, half bathroom, Kitchen, (with refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware, pots and pans as well as plates, bowls, eating utensils, coffee mugs, wine glasses and a Brita filter). In the living room we have modern mid-century furniture, a round glass table for eating and a 50inch Smart TV that can be used to stream the most popular subscription services (guest will need to log in with their own subscription).

>Finally tucked away in the back of the house is a beautiful deck for morning coffee and an evening cup of wine, everything you need for a perfect stay.
We offer a seamless self-check-in process. We are available by email and text through the APP should you need anything before or during your experience.

Main entrance is by keyless entry. Room is private with keyless entry.

Other things to note

> Early drop off of bags is allowed and you also have the option to store your bags after checkout. (Can be stored on the main level on the left hand side of the TV in the living room.

> The thermostat is controlled remotely. If you need it adjusted up or down just text me through the app.

> At any given time there might be 2-4 other guests in the home at the same time since there are 2 other rooms in the house.

> As can be expected of a house of this age part of the charm is some squeaky floors and steps.

> you are welcomed to enjoy the deck during your visit but it’s imperative that the door to the deck is never left open or ajar even when you are sitting on the deck .

> The house and the rooms are properly disinfected between stays.

> The main floor is shared space. When using the kitchen please clean up after yourself, don't leave dishes in the sink

> Please don't walk with high heel shoes on the main floor as there is a separate basement apartment below.

>The city offer scooters for rent as well as Capital City Bikes.
