A wonderfully placed house if you are hoping to explore the city. A beautiful period home and Sofia was a fantastic host, with great communication.

Sofia’s home is beautiful and in a great location. She was very communicative throughout our stay and provided clear instructions for an easy check-in and out. I would definitely stay at Sofia’s home again and recommend it to anyone who is visiting DC and wants to be conveniently located to nice restaurants, bars, museums and transportation.

We stayed here during a conference we were attending at Walter E. Washington Convention center. It was an easy walk to the conference. The house was clean. Sofia was quick to respond to questions and shared check in information early. Sofia provided coffee and some stuff for breakfast like oatmeal and waffle/pancake mix. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space. We loved the place and would stay there again.

Stay was good overall. Great location, very close to everything if you’re coming to have some party fun in the city. Sofia was available for questions and concerns.

It was comfortable for the most part. The biggest concern was air conditioning; it would get hot in the rooms. But other than that it was a pretty cool place

Sofia's place is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious and very comfortable. The second floor bedroom and bath is quite luxurious! And the 3rd floor bedrooms are also nicely appointed. High quality bedding and every amenity you could wish for.
We loved the architectural features of this beautifully decorated historic home. Great location to Metro and Capital BikeShare station. Also close walking distance to an impressive selection of food and drink and grocery options.
Communication was excellent. Highly recommend Sofia's beautiful home!
